All levels of artist are invited to join this 7 day (6 night) Watercolour Painting itinerary staying 4 nights on a working Kimberley cattle station and 2 nights camping in an idyllic Aboriginal community. The Kimberley region of northern Western Australia is one of Australia's last true wildernesses. Explore a remote, authentic corner of Australia and gain a renewed sense of creativity and meaningful connectedness.
About the tutor
2024 will be Wyn Vogel's first Kimberley workshop teaching her light and bright, free-flowing watercolour style and we're excited to welcome her!
Wyn teaches watercolour painting at her Fish Lane Studios in Brisbane, she also curates exhibitions of local and international artists and fosters a vibrant local art community. Since 2018, she has led The Australian Watercolour Delegation to “FabrianoInAcquarello”, a symposium in Fabriano, Italy and exhibited there. She curates one of Australia’s premier annual watercolour painting events - the Australian Watercolour Muster and is guest tutor at Eckersley’s Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Wyn's career highlights so far are teaching at the Silk Road Exhibition in Xi’an China and at joint exhibitions in Coquelles and Gaillon, France 2018 and 2019.

Where is the workshop?
The itinerary starts and finishes in Kununurra, WA. Guests fly to Kununurra, usually connecting via Darwin, Broome or Perth.

Non-participating guest is defined as a guest on an art trip not doing art. They can participate in all outings and activities. Add any applicable single supplement if not sharing a room.
